We cannot hold stock of every available underwater camera housing. In general, we can be expected to have stock of housings for current or recently-discontinued popular camera models. Other housings are brought in to order, and delivery time depends on the supplier or manufacturer. In the case of ikelite products, we place orders every Thursday, and receive items on the following Monday provided that they are in stock at the factory.
UK Deliveries
Items which are both low cost and light weight, can be dispatched using 1st class Royal Mail Service. We do not send items costing more than £50 using this service. For items costing more than £50 and weighing less than 1Kg; Royal Mail Special Delivery is the best choice. This service usually arrives the next working day in mainland UK. For parcels weighing over 1Kg, the best method varies depending on location. Royal Mail Special Delivery is expensive and therefore not recommended. We offer several ParcelForce delivery options which are usually the best value for money. For parcels weighing less than 1Kg, choose Royal Mail Special Delivery. For 1 - 30 Kg, choose ParcelForce. Shipping takes 2-3 days.
International
For items less than 1Kg we offer a recorded airmail service to most destinations. Delivery times can be up to two weeks for distant countries. For heavy parcels, we use either ParcelForce or TNT. We select the carrier to obtain the lowest cost. Delivery times vary, but are approximately 3 working days within Europe and 5 working days outside of Europe.
